Experience in managing Myomas: A case series

Leiomyomas or fibroids are the most common benign pelvic tumors in females that grow monoclonally from smooth muscle cells of uterus. Such occur nearly half women over age 35 years, with increased prevalence during reproductive phase due to hormone-stimulated growth.
